STEFFANI SALTER
PARTNER
Operating as CEO, Steffani has centered her focus around building a company that is focused on culture change and positive growth. Along with serving her community for over 16 years, she is the CEO of S&A Salter and Associates, LLC a Leadership Development Company dedicated to Pouring into others that Pour into the community. Steffani has been a certified Life Coach for over 15 years and served as a Domestic Violence and Human Trafficking advocate for over 8 years. She conducted training for the District Attorney's office, Law enforcement, small businesses and nonprofit organizations. She currently works for the United Nations Association as the SDG Leader for the Urban Economic Sustainability Committee and is the Action Team Leader for The Peace Alliance a national organization. Steffani also serves on the board of Genesis Outreach, a non-profit organization that serves homeless and at-risk youth. It is Steffani's mission to illuminate the path towards enlightenment through innovative and conscious leadership.
ADOLPHUS SALTER
PARTNER
As COO, Adolphus has a passion for financial coaching and motivating others to turn their vision of the future into a reality. While earning a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland, Eastern Shore, he served in his first leadership position as the Student Security Commander. Early career direction pulled him in to the path of Physical Therapy, but his passion of finances and personal development diverted from this path and led in another direction. With more than 10 years experience as a Logistics Analyst, he has held numerous leadership positions along the way in addition to building a previous organization to over 30 personnel which were personally mentored and trained all with proven success. He is an active volunteer and has served in that capacity for several organizations to include the Clayton County Aging Program, Center for Family Resources(CFR) in Cobb County and Habitat for Humanity.
LYNETTA POWELL
CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
Our CDD, Lynetta Powell, has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics, a Master’s degree in Instructional Technology, is all but dissertation for a Ph.D. in Education with an emphasis on Educational Technology, and a history of being bored in the classroom. After 5 years of teaching high school math, Lynetta pursued a career with the United States Army Training Doctrine through an internship and developed her love for adult education. She realized through research, observation, and experience that no one, no matter their age, learns best if they are not engaged in the learning process. She specializes in converting instructor/teacher centered instruction into learner centered instruction with technology and diverse methods of instruction. She currently serves as an Instructional Systems Specialist for the US Army Aviation Center of Excellence, a math tutor, a wife and mother, and an assistant vocal director for her church family.
